2012 CSA MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT
I agree to participate in Tiny's Organic Farm CSA program. I understand I am making a commitment to purchase and pay for Tiny's CSA program. I also understand this is a non-refundable program and if I do not pick up my bag at the designated day and time for any given week, I give permission for Tiny's to donate my bag to those in need for that week.
If I choose to place my bag on a hold I understand that I must make my request no later than Thursday prior to the week of delivery. My bag price will be placed as a credit on my account toward a renewing 2013 CSA membership. I understand that no money will be refunded.
